Our company is placed in a small and highly industrialized town, Bardello nearby lake Maggiore. Our company is operating since several years in the industrial automation field and is leader in designing and producing:
· AC Servomotors with rare earth magnets
· AC Brushless motors for axes and mandrels
· DC permanent magnets motors
· DC field winded motors.
Brushless servomotors are well known for their carachteristics of no maintenance motors, highly controllable and with high performances.
Our motors can be fitted with resolvers, optical encoders with hall effect sensors and also with Sin-Cos encoders, to work with most of the servo-drives on the market, each motor is tested with the servo drive it will be used with before leaving the factory.
Analog or digital servo drives keep control of motor performances such as speed, position torque and power.
Carachteristichs of AC servomotors are:
·Virtually no maintenance
·High protection against external pollution
·High acceleration rates with high dynamic performances
·High speeds and resistance to overloads.
Our production covers most of the needs in machines construction, with small motors from 0,3 Nm up to 150 Nm stall torque .
We produce also 24 poles low speed high torque motors, in normal or hollow shaft versions. The high number of poles gives a perfect control of torque without ripple at very low speeds.
Our motors are used in wide industrial automation applications like:
