The strength of the firm's approach to any project assignment is based on its organization: it can assemble a project team of experts in the disciplines required, usually from its staff, or using associate consultants for certain specialties or providing local knowledge and experience. The project team is led by a Project Manager who has relevant expertise and experience in organizing the staff to achieve the required results. The Project Manager takes responsibility for both the technical and budgetary aspects of a project, including the areas covered by associate consultants, and can call upon appropriate progress and cost control programs to assist him. Whether the project is large or small, this control enables staff to cooperate more closely with the Client and inform them of the progress of a project on a regular basis.
Quality assurance activities are put in practice throughout the duration of the project, according to the well-established D'Appolonia Quality System.
