For anti corrosion reasons, special surface treatment has been performed to all valves.
The different additional levels of corrosion protection offered are:
K1 Basic protection with surface plating and paints
K5 Increased protection with surface plating and paints
K9 Superior surface protection by use of stainless steel for all external components.
