 This level switch intended for powder can be used under various circumstances. It can be used      easily and operated stably over the long term.

 This rotary type level switch has long life duration and works well when a measured substance      flows at all times or when powder in a container is replaced early.

Kansai​  CAPACITANCE TYPE ALN/SL Series

 It measures capacitance variations between the main electrode and grounding electrode.It can  be used for the detection of a precipitation level in liquids and an interface between two liquids  as  well as for the measurement of substance levels including highly insulating powders/liquids, conductive liquids/viscous bodies, etc.

 

Kansai​  VIBRATION TYPE KVK/KVA/KVS/KVF Series

When a measured substance touches the vibration rod that keeps natural vibration through the  vibration element, the vibration amplitude is reduced. This is detected electrically and output    through a relay. Powder bodies with a low apparent specific gravity of 0.03 or more can be        detected. Substances with variations in specific inductive capacity or electrical properties can          also be detected stably.

 

Kansai​  VIBRATION TYPE KVX/XV2 Series
This level switch is a compact vibration type in consideration of usability. The switch supports even measured substances whose conductivity or specific gravity changes. It is a high-sensitivity  sensor that detects substances with an apparent specific gravity of 0.1 or more (0.03 as an  option).

This level meter continuously measures capacitance variations between the sensing unit and   the  tank wall. Regardless of measurement targets, sensors suitable for use conditions can be  selected from a wide variety of the product family. (High temperature, high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali, conductive, insulating, etc.)

 

Kansai​  SOUNDING BOB TYPE　KSL Series

 Standard for storage management! When a start signal is input, the motor is activated, the metering tape is winded off, and the weight is lowered. When the weight reaches the measured  substance, the motor is stopped and the level measurement value is output.

 

Kansai​  RADAR TYPE (TIME DOMAIN REFLECTOMETRY) VF Series
It irradiates microwaves via the probe to achieve stable detection without being affected by dust  particles, vapors, and obstacles in the tank.

 

Kansai​  VERTICAL FLOAT TYPE　KF-100 Series
​The float is the only moving part of the meter.The inside of the meter is composed of the  resistance and read switch.As the magnet in the float closes the read switch according to fluctuations of the liquid level, the change in the liquid level is detected as a change in the  resistance.The meter is not affected by changes of  properties and environments including  vapors and gases.      

 

 

Kansai​  DOLPHIN SENSOR TYPE　KF-900 Series
This absolute type linear water level indicator uses a magnetostrictive wire. Ultrasonic vibrations  propagated in the magnetostrictive wire are detected at the magnetizing body, and an analog    signal is output in proportion to the position of the magnetizing body.

RADAR TYPE　VG7 Series
This noncontact type level meter uses microwaves. The maximum measurement value is 40 m.  The measurement is not affected even if the measured substance is changed. ATEX Eexia          (Intrinsic Safety Explosion-proof)

 

Kansai​  ULTRASONIC TYPE　REFLEX/MULTIFLEX/MINIFLEX LR
 This noncontact type level meter uses ultrasonic waves. It supports scanning as well as long-  distance measurement (powder: up to 35 m, liquid: up to 50 m).

 

Kansai​  ULTRASONIC TYPE（Liquid Level Indicator） LU Series
This two-wire ultrasonic type level meter is intended for liquids. Obstacles in the tank are recognized as digital images. Specific areas can be measured by cutting unnecessary noise        and  filtering output adequately.

 

Kansai​  LASER TYPE　LASER RANGE-L/-S Series
This noncontact type level meter is intended for long-span and pinpoint measurement. It is most  suitable for places difficult to measure and dangerous places such as high elevations.

 

Kansai​  Flow Sensor

 This float sensor uses the Doppler effect. It surely detects the flow of minute powders and  granules in a chute or pneumatic conveying line  that were previously difficult to detect.
