Designed for restricted space installations, our low cost SP Series stringpots are ideal for light industrial and many OEM applications.

These sensors are constructed with a rugged polycarbonate enclosure and come in stroke ranges from 4.75 to 50 inches with either voltage divider or incremental encoder output signals.

Incremental Encoder

Celesco now offers an industry-standard "Size 25" incremental rotary encoder with a 2 ½–inch square flange and a 3/8–inch diameter shaft.

This encoder handles input voltages from 5 - 30 VDC and ships standard with a "push-pull" output driver. Resolution options range from 100 to 5,000 pulses per turn.

CH25 Incremental Encoder

The CH25 incremental encoder is perfect for high cycle, continuous turn applications ranging from electric motors and packaging machines to conveyor systems and elevators. The CH25 comes with a 2.5-inch square flange, 3/8-inch diameter shaft, push-pull driver and an M12 connector. Our encoder accepts a wide input voltage from 5 to 30 VDC and is available in resolutions from 100 to 5000 pulses per turn. The CH25 is in-stock and available for immediate shipment.

The RT8000 Series rotational transducers provide an analog position feedback signal of a rotating shaft or object. This series is available in any of 3 analog industry-standard output signals in a wide assortment of full stroke ranges starting at 0-45° all the way up to 200 turns.

RT9000 Series

The RT9000 Series rotational transducer is similar to above with full stroke ranges starting at 0-90° up to 0-50 turns maximum. For ranges covered by this series, this series is more cost effective than above. Additionally, the RT9420 is available for applications requiring intrinsically safe (CSA) approvals.

Inclinometer Series

The IT9000 Series offer the best available solution for measuring large angles of inclination from 45° to 270°. Magnetic damping (optional) provides stable and fast angle readings and employ the same sealed enclosure and design as Celesco's field proven, heavy-industrial grade linear measurement sensor. Currently available with either voltage divider, 4...20 mA output and RS232 data communication position feedback.
