Series 702

The Model 702 Size 20 is a heavy duty, extremely rugged, reliable, yet compact industry standard 50.80mm" diameter encoder designed for harsh factory and plant floor environments. The double shielded ball bearings are rated at 35Kgm maximum axial and radial shaft loading to ensure a long operating life.

Made to withstand the harsh effects of the real world, both the flange and servo models can be rated to IP66 with the optional heavy duty shaft seal.

The Series 702 encoder is a heavy duty, extremely rugged and reliable, yet compact encoder which
conforms to the industry standard Ã¢â‚¬ËœSize 2Ã¢â‚¬â„¢ 50mm/2Ã¢â‚¬Â configuration.
The double shielded bearings are rated to 120 N (Max) axial and radial loading to ensure a long
operating life in the harshest of applications. When fitted with a shaft seal and PG9 cable gland with
flying lead, this device meets a protection level of IP65.

Series 725

Model 725, Size 25, (FORMERLY THE 735 SERIES), optical shaft encoder is specifically designed for the challenges of an industrial environment. But don’t let its tough, industrial package fool you; it still has the performance to reach resolutions up to 30,000 cycles per revolution.

The Model 725 is available with both flange and servo mounting options, along with two distinctive 2.5" diameter housing styles. The rugged Standard Housing protects the internal electronics from the shock and stress of the outer environment.

Series 745

Due to some major technology enhancements, the 745 encoder is now available from 0001 PPR through to 30,000PPR. This unit is a direct replacement for the popular 90/80/40mm spigot style of encoder, originally manufactured by the Hohner Group, and may be ordered with a variety of output circuits, shaft size, and connector styles. By using the same Opto-Asic technology found within most of our encoder range, you have the advantage of secure signal generation, together with a very rugged mechanical assembly.

Series 758

The Model 758 Size is a heavy duty, extremely rugged, reliable, yet compact standard 58 millimeter diameter encoder designed for harsh factory and plant floor environments.

Shaft loading is no problem for the double-shielded ball bearings; their 36Kgm load rating ensures a long operating life. With the optional heavy-duty shaft seal, the Model 758 is rated at IP65.

Two standard mounting options are available: Clamping Flange (20 type) or Synchro Flange (26 type).
