Protection Devices Series Pro-Line Applications: Conventional belt conveyors Stockpile/reclaim system Apron feeders and conveyors Bucket elevators Packaging lines Ship loading/unloading systems General Features: The Belt Conveyor’s Protection Thermo Ramsey PRO-LINE are made with a waterproof housing, common to three models, which contains the microswitches operated through cams by the external lever. The housing has three cables inlets, thus allowing the conduit connection of unit mounted on the two sides of the conveyor without needing additional junction boxes. The cover of the housing is locked by four stainless steel shake-proof screws. Internal springs are made with corrosion resistant material. Technical Features: Heavy duty construction – cast aluminium case. IP65 protection. Horizontal and vertical mounting through adjustable lever position. Right and left side operation. Internal terminal board with 6 screw terminals suitable for 2,5 mm2 wires. 3 cable inlets threaded PG21 allowing installation without additional junction boxes.
