HC 200 SERİSİ

The HC200 is the first designed multiple channel heat control. The HC 200 controls multiple 230V constant resistive heaters such as quartz, ceramic, incoloy and tungsten. This high end controller has the diagnostic feature, open heater detection, if using single or multiple heaters in a zone. The HC200 measures each zone wattage and compares this to the expected or known wattage of the zone. If the measured wattage does not equal the expected wattage an alarm is triggered. This provides the operator with critical information of single heater status or failure. The power switch (triac) of each channel output is protected against short circuit by a super fast blow fuse located in a fuse holder. The fuse holder is located on the front of the HC block for quick accessed and exchange with out opening the HC block.
