Our History ACCU-LUBE Manufacturing GmbHcan look back on over 35 years of experience. It all started in1984with test machining aluminium and titanium in an aircraft company. 1984-1988:Distribution of applicators and lubricants in Germany through our sister company REXIM Werkzeugvertriebs-GmbH. 1988: Foundation of ACCU-LUBE Manufacturing GmbH and beginning of manufacturing applicators 1990s:Marked by creating distribution network in Europe. 2000+:Development of ACCU-LUBE MiniBooster for inside lubrication and further improvements on units and lubricants. Outside lubrication with ACCU-LUBE applicators Accu-Lube applicatorsenable an exact adjustment of the volume of lubricant to be supplied to the cutting edge. Each applicator is equipped individually according to your requirements. This might be simple one-nozzle applicator on setting angle or complex multi-nozzle applicator. Using an Accu-Lube applicator you will get: Continuous wetting of the cutting edge with lubricant Even application of lubricant significantly reducing friction Very low lubricant consumption High performance of the deployed tools Dry workpieces, tools and machines Inside lubrication with the Accu-Lube MiniBoosters On CNC maching centers and special machines the external mounting of nozzles required for minimum quantity lubrication is often very difficult due to variety of tools with different lengths. For operations with this type of machines theAccu-Lube MiniBoosterwas designed. It produces alubricant-air mixturewhich is transported through hose to the rotating union of themachine tool. There the lubricant-air mixture is transported through the spindle of the machine tool and is then supplied to the cutting edge of the coolant fed tools where it provides optimum lubrication. Accu-Lube Lubricants UsingAccu-Lube lubricantswill guarantee sustainable and optimal processing of all metal materials. Accu-Lube lubricants are made of non-toxic, renewable, vegetable raw materials.
